Refunds and cancellation
Presence
Presence is $500 a month. It bills in advance on the same date each month, in US dollars, by card or bank debit. There is no contract and no minimum term.
Cancelling
Cancel any time. Reply to any email from us, or use the Stripe customer portal link in your receipt. The ad stops at the end of the month you already paid for. We do not refund the unused part of a month. The jingle is yours to keep.
The guarantee
On air within 10 days of payment. 1,500 full watches in your first 90 days on air. Miss either and every dollar comes back, automatically.
A full watch is one completed view, as counted in our Google Ads report. A click on the ad also counts as a view under Google's definition. If we miss either promise, we refund every monthly fee you paid for your first 90 days on air, up to $1,500. You do not need to ask. We pay it within 7 days after day 10 if the ad is not on air by then, or within 7 days after day 90 on air. It does not apply if you cancel before day 90 or dispute a charge. Days the ad is paused at your request are added to the 90 days. The full terms are in the terms.
Ad spend
The ad spend is inside your $500 and is not billed separately. You can ask us to pause the ad at any time.
Jingle only
The $2,000 jingle is custom work. You get up to three rounds of revision on lyric and style. Once you approve the final cut and the files are delivered, the sale is final. If we cannot deliver a jingle you approve after three rounds, we refund the full amount.
What you keep when you leave
The jingle. It is yours from your first payment. The ad account is ours and stays with us.
Disputes
If a charge looks wrong, email us before opening a card dispute. We answer within two business days and fix real errors the same day we find them. A card dispute ends the guarantee for that client.
