For one roofer per town

What does a roofing customer cost you?

You know the number, or you know you should. A shared lead from the big platforms, then the drive, then the estimate, then the four other roofers who bought the same lead. Somewhere in there is a real cost per job, and it is higher than you would say out loud. We make you the roofer people in your town search for by name. A search with your name in it has one result and no other bid. One roofer per town. The song is written before you pay anything.

$750 a month. The first roofer to take a seat in each county pays $500 for as long as he holds it. Ad budget inside. No contract. The jingle is yours even if you leave.

The math nobody puts on a roofing invoice

A replacement in Central Texas runs somewhere between eight and twenty thousand dollars. One job. Here is what it costs to get one today, using the numbers roofers tell us and the platforms print.

The platforms cannot fix this for you, because the lead is the product they sell, and the more roofers who bid on it the more it is worth to them. Here is the part nobody says. When someone types "roofer near me", Google picks from every roofer within twenty miles and you win about as often as anyone else. Call it the near-me lottery. Every agency in the country sells you a way to buy more tickets. A search that has your company name in it has one result. That is the search we make people run.

Who your town searches for by name

Every roofer in your town, ranked by how many people typed his company name into Google last month. Yours is on it. That number is your real market share, and it is the number this whole service is judged on. One page, free, and the new one comes on the first of each month until you say stop. We will also write and sing you a fifteen-second jingle, free, and send it with the scorecard.

No list is sold or shared. One email a month, and the seat alert if your town's roofing seat is taken. Reply stop to any of them.

What happens the week after a hailstorm

Every roofer within fifty miles is on the same street the same morning. The homeowner has six door hangers and a text from her insurance company. She opens her phone.

Today

She types "roofer near me" and gets forty names, four of them ads. She picks by stars and by whoever posted a photo last week. You have eleven reviews and the one-star from 2023 never got an answer. You are in the lottery with everyone else, and you paid for the ticket.

With the seat

She heard your name sung on a video she skipped in March. She types it. One result, your promise at the top, your face, a call button under her thumb. There is no other bid. The tracked number rings your phone, and if you are on a roof, the missed-call text goes out before she dials the next name.

Storm season is when the name pays. It is also when we push. With the Phone tier, the week after a storm, freeze or hail event we raise the ad reach and run the storm version of your promise page, and the report on the first of the month shows what it brought in, call by call.

What changes

Why a roofer's phone rings more when people can sing his name

Two minutes. The numbers are in it. Play it with the sound on.

What we do, every week, in your name

You talk for twenty minutes at the start. After that, your part is answering the phone. It will never be quite that tidy in practice. We have made it as close as we can, and nearly all of what is left is on our side.

  1. A jingle people cannot un-hearFifteen seconds. Your company name, your town, one promise. Short, catchy, and a little corny on purpose, because corny is what sticks. It runs at the front of everything below, and it is yours to keep even if you leave.
  2. The ad that is free when they skip itA fifteen-second video ad on YouTube, shown only to people within twenty miles of your shop. Most viewers skip it. A skipped view is free because YouTube only bills when someone watches the whole thing. They still heard your name. The ad budget comes out of the $500. There is no second bill.
  3. A Google profile that looks open tonightEvery review answered within a day. Fresh job photos three times a week, the kind with the crew on the roof and the finished ridge. A review request to every customer after every job, worded the way Google allows.
  4. Your answers, in your voice, where people search for themYou give us the fifty questions homeowners ask you. Will insurance cover it. How long does a roof last here. What is a supplement. We turn each one into a short weekly episode, read in a licensed copy of your voice, with your written consent. The written version goes on a site you own. When someone in your town types that question into Google, your answer is the one that comes up.
  5. One promise page, and a storm versionA plain promise at the top, a 45-second video of you, a call button that stays under the thumb. After a storm the page switches to the inspection offer and the insurance-claim walkthrough.
  6. One page on the first of the monthA tracking number on everything we build. On the first: how many people searched your name, how many called, what each call cost, and one sentence on what we are changing. If a number went down, that sentence comes first.

The mail piece that sings

When you want more than the ad can reach, we put the jingle in the mailbox.

Every Door Direct Mail goes to every house on a carrier route, no list needed, at about a quarter a piece for postage. We write the card the way direct-response mail has been written for a hundred years: a headline that names the problem, an offer with a date on it, the tracked number, and the lyric on the front so the person holding it hears the song in her head. Five thousand doors lands for roughly two thousand dollars, printed and posted. At the response rates home-service mail gets, that is somewhere between ten and fifty calls, every one of them recorded on the tracked number so you know exactly what a call cost. Storm week, spring inspection, end of year for the insurance deadline. You pick the moment. We handle the rest, at cost plus thirty percent, and it shows up as one line on your report.

Our first roofing seat is in Austin. It started in September 2026. Its first scorecard comes on October 1, and the numbers from it, name searches and tracked calls, go on this page the same day. We would rather show you one real month than a page of testimonials.

This works even if

Your profile has eleven reviews and one of them is a one-star you never answered. Google ranks the profile that looks open this week, and thirty days of photos and replies is enough to look open.

You have been sold SEO twice and a website once and none of it rang the phone. None of that made anyone search your name. This does one thing, and the scorecard shows whether it is working.

The company across town spends ten times what you do. They can buy every click in the county. They cannot buy a search that has your name in it.

You do storm work and half your year is insurance. The promise page has a storm version, the episodes cover the claim questions, and the mail piece is ready before the hail is.

You cannot sing, hate the sound of your own voice, and would never sit for a podcast. Nobody asks you to.

What we will not do

We will not sign you to a contract.

We will not keep your Google profile, your ad account, your website or your jingle if you go. They are set up in your name from day one.

We will not buy fake reviews or pay for real ones, because Google bans both and the penalty lands on you.

We will not take two roofers in the same town. One trade, one town, one client. The seat is yours until you give it up.

We also do not take franchises, storm chasers without a local address, companies under two years old, or anyone who asks for a review he did not earn. We would rather leave a seat empty than fill it with the wrong roofer.

One more thing, and it is the only pressure on this page. We take one roofer per town. If another roofer takes your town first, the jingle we sing there has his name in it. It runs on YouTube in front of your customers for as long as he stays with us, and we will not record a second one for roofing in the same town. The seat map shows which towns are still open.

The guarantee. We guarantee the number we can both check. If by your third report the number of people searching your company name has not gone up from the baseline on your scorecard, months two and three are refunded and you keep the jingle, the profile and the site. Month one is the build and we keep it. We do not guarantee jobs, because the estimate and the handshake are yours. We do put the cost of every tracked call on the report, so you can do that math yourself.

The seat pass. You cannot refer another roofer, because there is one roofing seat and you hold it. You can refer the electrician, the plumber and the pest company you see on jobs. Three seat pass cards come in your welcome box. When a company you passed a card to takes its seat, your next month is free, and from then on both jingles run in the same thirty-second spot, so each name reaches the other's audience on the same budget. We call that the town bloc.

Every account, profile, site and recording is set up in your name and stays with you. Cancel from your billing portal any time; service runs to the end of the paid month. Questions first? [email protected], or call Sam at (512) 588-2082.

How it is made. Every jingle is written by us and produced with a licensed studio music model under a commercial license we assign to you in writing. Every episode is read by a licensed copy of your voice, recorded once, with your written consent, and deleted when you leave. We reply to reviews as you, request reviews with neutral wording and no incentive, and follow Google's Business Profile and advertising policies as written. In your first thirty days we answer every review you have ever received, post at least twelve job photos, and publish four episodes. You can count them. Lead and click prices above are ranges reported by roofers and published by the platforms in 2026; yours will differ, which is the point of the scorecard.
